The main floor has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed the other with a full size bed. 2 twins are located in the loft area with an additional small sitting area. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, the main floor has the bathroom, kitchen/dining area, and the sitting area. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, coffee pot, and dishwasher. The TV is on satellite and has a DVD for movies. It also has a free standing wood stove. Cozy up in front of the fire on those cold winter nights, pop some popcorn, and enjoy a movie. Cabin also has a hot tub off the deck, BBQ, and a washer/dryer.

The cabin is situated approximately 30 miles to Stevens Pass or about 20 miles to Leavenworth. It is in the heart of year round recreational fun. Minutes to Leavenworth for wine tasting and festival fun. This cabin is 4 miles to hay rides, sleigh rides, horseback rides. The state park is about 6 miles for swimming, boating, fishing or just taking in the view up lake to the mountains.

Maximum for the cabin is 6 people including children

Cost from April 1 to November 1 - $1350 per 30 days ($337.50 per week)

Cost from November 1 to April 1  - $1550 per 30 days ($387.50 per week)

Cleaning fee is $150 or if you want a weekly cleaning, $50 fee per clean

Damage deposit for 30 day stays is $250

Chiwawa Pines Community no longer has short term rentals of less than 30 days. The minimum rental stay is now 30 days or more. This community is one of the few that you can snowmobile right from the cabin. Call your family and friends and rent the cabin for 4 weeks and share the cost. Enjoy the mountain air and the recreation. Sharing the cost makes it affordable for all.
