This Adirondack style hand hewn log home on wooded acre offers to life intensive people a chance to relax, recreate, and discover the spectacular year-round recreation here in Washington. The cabin has two bedrooms on the main floor each with a single queen bed. The large upstairs loft has an additional queen bed, double bed, and a twin bed. The second bathroom is located in the large loft. The kitchen and adjacent dining areas were recently remodeled with large logs and features a custom log table. Enjoy the expansive wrap-around deck with an outdoor hot tub embrace the fresh mountain air.

The cabin is situated a few miles to nearby lakes for swimming, boating and fishing. It is only minutes from the state park and golf course. Stevens Pass is approximately 30 miles away for great downhill skiing and snowboarding and only about 20 miles to the Bavarian town of Leavenworth. You can mountain bike right from your door. A short distance of about 4 miles to a Sno Park for X-Country skiing or snowshoeing. Minutes from horseback riding, sleigh rides, hay rides, or snowmobile tours.

Close-by golfing, downhill skiing and quaint Bavarian town of Leavenworth. Mountain bike, cross country ski or snowmobiling right outside the door. Horseback riding, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours 4 miles away. A half hour from Stevens Pass to the West and an hour from Mission Ridge downhill slopes in Wenatchee to the east put you right in the middle of the state's best skiing. Or, slap on the cross country skis out the front door and explore the nearby Wenatchee National Forest. A short drive brings you to either the Wenatchee River or the Chiwawa River for rafting, swimming and hanging out. A quick 10 minute drive and you're at Lake Wenatchee for swimming, wind surfing and water sports; next to the lake is Kahler Glen's 18-hole golf course - challenging yet beautiful. Hiking, mountain biking, sleigh rides, snow mobiling, horse back riding, wine tasting are available for your enjoyment. Bavarian Leavenworth is a 25 minute drive -- don't miss it!

Cost from April 1 to November 1 - $1700 per 30 day stay ($425 per week)

Cost from November 1 to April 1  - $1850 per 30 day stay ($426.50 per week)

Cleaning fee is $200 or if wanting cleaned weekly, $75 per each clean

Damage Deposit for 30 day rents is $250

Chiwawa Pines Community no longer has short term rentals of less than 30 days. The minimum rental stay is now 30 days or more. This community is one of the few that you can snowmobile right from the cabin. Call your family and friends and rent the cabin for 4 weeks and share the cost.
