Reservations & Cancellation Policies

All cabins are very comfortable, well
maintained and clean. Kitchens are fully equipped. Linens
and towels are provided.

All cabins have a 2 night minimum and 3 night
minimum at holiday times.

$100 refundable damage deposit on all cabin rentals

Non-Refundable cleaning charge. (Varies by cabin)

There
is an additional per person/per night guest rate for all cabins.

Pet-friendly cabins require a
$10.00 per pet/per night fee. (Please limit to no more than 3 pets).
Please call
us at 800-883-2611 for weekly rates and other special offers that we may
have available depending on the season and availability. Please note that
winter base rates are higher than summer base rates.

Cabin Cancellation Policy
Lake Wenatchee Hideaways, Inc. Cabin Rentals
Reservations for our properties are often made
weeks and months in advance, which prevents these homes from
being available for other potential guests
to book. Late minute cancellations prevent re-booking of these
properties. Lake Wenatchee Hideaways, Inc must receive notice of
cancellation 30 days prior to the check in date for full refund
of your deposit amount.
Canceling within 30 days of check in date, refunds will be as
follows:

29 - 21 days prior - One
nights base rate plus applicable taxes.

20 - 11 days prior - 50%
refund of rental plus applicable taxes.

10 or less days prior - No
Refund.
Cleaning fee and damage
deposit is fully refundable on cancellations.
Re-Scheduling: If you decide to re-schedule your
reservation, there is a re-schedule fee equal to ½ of 1 night’s
rate plus applicable taxes. You must rebook the same cabin
within 30 days and stay within 6 months of the original date. If
we do not hear from you in 30 days it will be considered a
cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. Changing to a
different cabin 29 days prior to check in may be subject to a
re-schedule fee.
December Rental Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made for the month of December
must be cancelled by November 1st to receive a full refund of
your deposit amount. If the reservation not canceled by November
1st, the reservation is subject to a 1 nights base rate plus
applicable taxes. After December 1st there is no refund. There
are no re-schedule options for the month of December.
Holiday Cancellation Policy: Holidays would include
(Martin Luther King, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving) or any time that requires a 3 night
minimum stay. Regular cancellation policy applies for holidays
except there is no re-schedule option for these reservations.
Christmas and News Year cancellations are subject to December
rental cancellation policy. (Stated Above)
OTHER POLICIES:
Change of Guests: If LWH is not notified of additional
guests that might have stayed with you during your stay prior to
departure, extra guests will be charged out at $35 per person
per night. If LWH is not notified of guests that did not stay as
originally booked for prior to departure, there will be no
refund for those guests.
Paperwork Changes: Once your reservation is booked and
your paperwork has been processed any paperwork changes are
subject to a $15 fee.
EXCEPTIONS:
Winter Travel: Winter travel can begin in October and end
as late as April. LWH is not responsible for winter weather
conditions. Please be prepared for the unexpected. Please have
proper equipment (i.e. tires, chains, etc.) for traveling. Some
of the driveways at the cabins have inclines to them and get
very icy in the winter. You can check the pass report at
800-695-7623 before traveling. We will make exceptions to the
cancellation policies if both passes (Snoqualmie and Stevens)
are closed. Exceptions will only be made if we are notified of
your situation.
BLUE GROUSE BED AND BREAKFAST CANCELLATION
POLICY
Blue Grouse Lodge: You must cancel within
10 days prior to check in date to receive full refund of any
deposits made. If you cancel after 10 days, there will be a $20
cancellation fee charged
